24/7 Local Electrician provides online quote requests and booking enquiries for convenience. This page explains how those requests are handled.

Quote requests

Any quote request submitted through our website is an enquiry only and does not create a binding agreement.

Quotes may be based on the information you provide. If site conditions, access, safety requirements, materials, labour, compliance obligations or job scope differ from the original information provided, the quote may need to be revised.

Bookings

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that your booking has been accepted. All bookings are subject to confirmation, technician availability, service area coverage and job suitability.

We may contact you to confirm details, reschedule, request further information or advise if we are unable to proceed.

Emergency work

For emergency call-outs, response times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, traffic, weather, safety and location.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to disclose any relevant hazards, known faults, access restrictions, pets, site issues or other safety concerns that may affect the work.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in accordance with the invoice terms provided for the job.

We may require deposits, progress payments or payment on completion depending on the nature of the work.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation or call-out fee where permitted by law, particularly where materials, labour or technician time has already been allocated.
